Sowakan: Saturday Class
Today we had Jamie and Henry working on yudan weapons techniques
Kyu levels worked on happogiri, and osae tsuki.
Dan levels worked on renzoku de-osae gakyu kote.
The kids class was fun, with plenty of extra instructors to help out. We gave out several belts, and now have a bevy of new brown belts in the kids class. Congratulations Ashley, Abbey, Solita, and Samuel.
